OPI Black Tie Optional

This is two coats of OPI Black Tie Optional with a coat of Seche Vite on top. My friend Debby picked this up for me when she was out dusty hunting one day! It's got a nice duochrome effect in the bottle (you can see it in the bottle photo), but it doesn't really show up on the nail. Either way though, it's a very pretty color! Thanks for looking!

    You can kinda see the duochrome in these pics. Our bottles may be duds, though. :( Maybe a really thin coat over black?
