To do this mani I started with two coats of China Glaze Sun-Kissed, below, a new polish from their Summer Neons collection for Summer 2012. This applied pretty nicely, maybe slightly thick, but I think that helped it be more opaque in less coats. It's a really nice highlighter yellow, but it's packed with a really nice shimmer which makes it less harsh. I am really loving this color. Also, it's pretty true to the color in the first photo that I took in the sunlight.
When this was dry I added various sized dots using a few different dotting tools, in Sinful Colors Why Not. Then on a few of the bigger dots I added a small dot of Sun-Kissed over Why Not. Finally I added a coat of Seche Vite on top to smooth everything out.
